A typical recipe of Andalusian cuisine is made in a traditional way with fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, bread, garlic, vinegar, salt, and water. Thus, we obtain a refreshing and delicious dish, rich in fiber, a source of antioxidants, and with heart-healthy fatty acids, perfect to enjoy on summer days. It is a natural cold soup, WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES or COLORS.
As a suggestion, we recommend serving it cold accompanied by ham and chopped egg.
