It is an ideal cold soup for summer, as it is refreshing and nutritious, made with almonds, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, bread, vinegar, water, and salt. A natural dish, WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES or COLORS and WITHOUT ADDITIVES.
It is recommended to serve very cold and can be served as a garnish: grapes, melon, or apple.
